Our repatriation services can include the following:

  • Worldwide repatriation of the deceased.
  • Preferential airline charges of up to 40% discount.
  • Tropical embalming for transfers to the West Indies, Africa and other destinations.
  • Provision of a zinc lined coffin or casket to IATA regulations. 
  • Provision of all necessary documentation to facilitate a swift repatriation.
  • Transportation to the airport.
  • Arrangement with the airline to convey the remains to the designated airport.
  • H.M. Revenue & Customs and import cargo clearance.
  • Collection from the airport.
  • Use of appropriate facilities for viewing the deceased before repatriation. 
  • Delivery to the Funeral Director of your choice. 
  • Provision of a coffin appropriate for cremation. 
  • Arrangement of cremation service with repatriation of ashes. 
  • Ancillary Services such as Limousine hire, memorials, Floral Tributes and so on.

Repatriation to the UK from overseas -

  • Booking relevant flights for both deceased and their families.
  • Arrangements for the provision of a funeral service or liaison with UK Funeral Director as per family wishes.
  • Liaison with Funeral Directors or family in country repatriating from.

 Repatriation from the UK overseas -

  • Assistance with the UK requirements for reporting a death to the registrar.
  • Removal of deceased from Hospital, Hospice, Family Home, Coroner's Facilities or another Funeral Directors Premises to our Chapel of Rest.
  • Provision of facilities for washing and dressing the deceased as required by custom or religion.
  • Liaison with the UK authorities to ensure that correct paperwork for repatriation is issued and received.  To include notarisations and legalisation with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office
  • Liaison with the relevant Consulate or Embassy to check that essential documentation is recieved and issued to allow repatriation.
